A feeble attempt to keep my family and friends informed of my daily life as I dash to and fro.

At 0730 Waterboy called mom to say that R is back at LL. So far so good I think, aside from the fact that she is back in the hospital. Is is possible for a baby to survive at 6 months?
Yes, six months is possible. My little boy arrived at seven months weighing in a 2 lb 10 oz. He spent his first seven weeks in the hospital, most of the time in an Isolet, the very contraption his Dad worked on perfecting in college. He is a happy, healthy and well over 200 lb now.
Depends on the quality of neonatal intensive care at that hospital...It happens every day here at our local neonate unit (one of the best in the country) to kids born much earlier than that. Best of luck to the little one and prayers to the family.
I think the cut off point is around 24 weeks. If she's due in mid-November she's probably at about 28 weeks, so there's a really good chance for her baby. Every single day inside makes a difference though. :)
I am a Southern CA girl who is moving to Southern NJ for the man I love. I'm embarking on a new journey~ getting married, leaving my family and friends, moving across the country, setting up a home and hopefully finding a new job.
I am a former 911/Police/
Fire dispatcher and have the utmost respect for all of you who wear the headset. I miss the job like crazy and hope to go back.
I am now an auntie times 2 and thank the Lord for richly blessing my life and my family.
