My sister in law asked for this recipe, and I thought I would share it with all of you as well. It's quick, tastes great, and you only have to wash one dish. I usually serve it with rice and pour the leftover sauce over the rice. Enjoy!
Honey Baked Chicken
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. honey
1 Tbls. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat to 375. Place margarine in 9x9 or 9x13 pan in oven for 5 minutes until melted. Remove from oven, stir honey, mustard, salt and curry into melted margarine. Coat both sides of chicken with mixture as you place them in the pan. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, turn chicken pieces over. Bake 15 more minutes.

Wedding pics are beautiful, I am so happy for your mom! Where will they live?
This chicken recipe sound yummy, do you think I could do it on a whole chicken? I have one thawed in the fridge for tomorrow.Hmmmm...
Chicken sound yummy. This is a good one too..... Chicken breast, 1 can diet cola, 1cup ketchup. Seer outside of chicken in large pan, mix cola and ketchup, poor over chicken. Let simmer 45 minutes with lid on. Remove lid, bring to low boil and let moisture evaporate..... turns the mixture into an awesome bbq sauce, and the chicken is very tender
They will live in Fullerton at his house. Sure you can do it with a whole chicken, just make more sauce! BBQ chicken sounds good rebekah! Thanks.
I printed that off, it's sounds so yummy and we love anything with curry seasonings.
